✨ HER / HERE ✨
I’ve been wanting to create something bigger with my photography. Something meaningful & something that exists beyond a single session or a pretty photograph.
So...I’m starting a new project.
HER / HERE is a long-term photographic project documenting the women who make up our community—their stories, their lives, their experiences, and the places they call home.
I’m looking for women of all ages and all walks of life.
The young woman just beginning her story.
The mother who has spent her life raising a family.
The woman who built a business from the ground up.
The teacher, the artist, the farmer, the nurse, the grandmother.
The woman who has lived here her entire life.
The woman who came here and made it home.
The woman who quietly makes a difference that most people never see.
This isn't about being a model. It isn't about being “photogenic.” And it isn't about perfection.
It's about who you are.
Each woman will be photographed in a place that means something to her and will have the opportunity to share a little of her story.
The goal of this project is to turn these portraits and stories into a photography book—a collection of the women who make this community what it is.
And this is where I need your help.
