Crews have water on the fire. ***Mayday*** Search crew member called mayday, has been walked out of the building by other crews. All crews have PAR. Fire has been knocked down. Crews are overhauling. Crews still encountering heavy smoke and heat in the auditorium. Truck company cutting a hole in the roof for ventilation. FIRE7.

Toledo, OH. Structure Fire & Hazmat Incident. George Hardy Drive. Command on scene reporting a tank of molten sulfur on fire at the facility. Hazmat in route, command requesting a drone to the scene. 1/2 mile hot zone being set up, evacuating nearby structures with the help of TPD. FIRE8.

Toledo, OH. Major Explosion and Structure Fire. South Avenue. Brent Industries. Engine 9 on scene reporting a large single story commercial structure with heavy fire showing through the roof. Major damage to the structure from a large explosion. Reports of up to 12 people in the structure when the explosion happened, 3 have self evacuated. Second alarm ordered to the scene. Multiple tanks of chemicals venting and burning on the charlie side of the structure. Multiple trucks set up for an aerial attack. Crews have attempted to search a front office area but were quickly ordered out of the structure. Search and rescue team set up and are actively searching parts of the rubble pile. Mutual aid being called to cover the city. Main foreground ops on FIRE7. Second alarm staging ops on FIRE8. Search and rescue crews operating on FIRE10.

Tuesday evening, the Toledo Fire & Rescue Department responded to reports of a structure fire in the 3000 block of Maple Street in the Polish Village. Engine 19 was first on scene and reported a large commercial structure with heavy smoke showing from an overhead door. Crews make entry and quickly knocked down the bulk of the fire.

Yesterday evening, Toledo Fire & Rescue responded to reports of a structure fire in the 3000 block of Maple Street in the Polish Village. Engine 19 was first on scene and reported a large commercial structure with heavy smoke showing from an overhead door. Crews make entry and quickly knocked down the bulk of the fire.

Crews having a hard time accessing the fire in the ceiling and roof area. Requesting additional crews to the scene from Toledo and Jerusalem.
