You know that feeling you can’t shake, when it’s early in the day yet dark outside. When you feel unmotivated + fatigued. And especially when there’s confusion about your own feelings. That shift in your mood can feel so heavy. But we wanted to remind you that it doesn’t have to be sunny outside for you to find light 💡
