I’m trying to get some feedback on a possible new product to add to my line of “functional photo” items. These are luggage tags which can be printed with any of my photos. They have an I.d. Card in the back pocket with a metal & plastic attachment.

I hope this helps! Thank you for your patience!

National Wildlife Federation does not make it easy to vote for People’s Choice! It’s a very frustrating process & I greatly appreciate your patience! Below is a step by step guide to voting for my photos.

1. Make a copy of the list I posted with my categories & photos. Please be sure to include a 1 after each title.

2. Go to photocontest.nwf.org

3. There is a drop down menu on the top left of the page. Open it & click on People’s Choice

4. Register to vote(not to enter photos)

5. Once registered: look for the search bar on the right. Enter the title of the photo & click the 🔽. Go to category & choose the category for that photo. Scroll down & click “search”.

6. Scroll down on the page & a single photo should be there. Be sure to check your spelling, otherwise the search will not work!

7. Click “vote” under the photo.

8. Return to the search bar, click the 🔽 and click on “reset” on the bottom.

It gets easier after the first one..lol

Search by title & category. Vote. Reset. Repeat.

I hope this helps🥴

FYI
Photocontest.nwf.org

In regards to my last post: after you open the link to the photo contest, go to the drop down menu in upper left & click on People’s Choice! There is no charge to vote!
Also…if more than 1 photo comes up with the same title, open the photo & be sure my name is there!
Sorry for the hassle🥴

The Alligator Zoo in St. Augustine has an amazing natural rookery. Each month, different species come in to nest & raise their young. February is the month for roseate spoonbills, great egrets & a few wood storks.
This past Thursday I shot over 200 photos! I’m still sorting, but here are some faves so far. I’ve labeled the species under each pic.

We spent a few wonderful days in SW Florida with friends. The weather was beautiful & we got to experience some new birding places. Florida is in a terrible drought which is evident at the nature preserves☹️We still saw some beautiful birds, and enjoyed our time with friends!
Birds pics are from Celery Fields & Robinson Preserve.

A few days ago we went to visit our friend. We have been going to the same park for about 8 years & this barred owl is usually perched in the same exact tree! So cool! We also saw a green heron & little blue heron in the park.
Afterwards, we went to check out an eagle’s nest that we knew was active. We didn’t see either adult, but one of the youngsters was nice enough to pop up for a photo!
