oh my. i don't even know what to say about this amazing engagement session! they absolutely killed it. their outfits were perfect, the sunlight was perfect, the setting was perfect.... it all made my job way too easy.

this was the first time shooting the season staple and with a patch right beside my house, it was super convenient! I asked some of my favorite models if they'd be willing to let me practice with mommy + me sessions and thankfully, they obliged.

🌻 We're a couple of weeks away from sunflower season! This year we have a field of sunflowers that we will be opening up for photos and U-pick flowers. 🌻

If you’re a professional photographer interested in shooting a session in our sunflower field, we are offering sunflower field season passes. The passes are $30 and give you access to the field for photo sessions. If you are interested in purchasing a pass, please email us at [email protected].

We will also be opening up the field to the general public for U-pick and photos on certain days/times that will be announced once the field begins to bloom. More details to come!

the frank family :

finally got around to finishing the edits on these! this is the first time i've done a full set of b&w's in addition to the color edits. I love how they turned out in contrast to the full family photo being in color!

my husband and greg have been friends their whole lives and I was super excited (and nervous - that's quite the group!) when his wife, sara contacted me to take these pictures! I battled some tough lighting and babies with minds of their own, but t was a learning and experience and we had fun! I'm just thankful I didn't actually break any of the 90 things I knocked over while trying to get a good angle. ;) thank you to the entire frank family!
