When somethings perfect why would you want to change it? We are still farming like it’s the mid to late 70’s over here, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Last week we began the process to repair terraces in one of our fields. My dad, pictured on our 1972 Massey Ferguson 1080 running the offset disk plowing up the terraces to come in with my new to me Massey Ferguson 1100 with the blade to just pushing dirt back up. Later after this photo was taken I took over on the 1080 plowing while my dad jumped on the 1100 to begin fixing washout and build dirt back up. We still have a long way to go, but it’ll be done.
