Wrapped up my ChatGPT Year Recap and it felt like hitting pause for a moment of clarity. This year was about turning ideas into action, building, experimenting, creating, and refining along the way. Some plans worked, others taught lessons, but every step moved things forward.

Creativity and entrepreneurship are really about momentum, curiosity, and showing up consistently. Grateful for the growth this year and excited to build what’s next.

If you’re ready to break away from the traditional turkey this Thanksgiving, this flavorful duo is the perfect way to spice up your holiday table. We’re making a juicy bacon-wrapped pork roast brushed with a rich spiced glaze, simple, bold, and guaranteed to impress. And to round out the plate, we’ve got an easy roasted side dish: garlic, parmesan, and thyme red potatoes that are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It’s a delicious, no-stress Thanksgiving meal for anyone craving something different this year.

Main Dish Ingredients:
2 Pork Tenderloins
1 Lb Bacon
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
5 Cloves Minced Garlic5 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Fresh Chopped Rosemary5 Tbsp Ground Pepper
1 Tbsp Salt

Side Dish Ingredients:
1 Bowl Red Potatoes
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1 Tbsp Fresh Thyme
1Tbsp Minced Garlic
3 Tbsp Olive Oil

Once plated, garnish with Thyme for decoration.
