So honored each year to photograph The Will Herndon Research Fund's Woman of Distinction. This year I'm proud of friend and fellow volunteer Noelle Smith Jahncke! She's as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside! Congratulations Noelle, well deserved!
The Will Herndon Fund is proud to announce our 2020 Montgomery County Women of Distinction, Noelle Smith Jahncke!
About Noelle:
Noelle Smith Jahncke is a native Houstonian and proud Texan. Upon graduating Texas A&M University in 2001, Noelle worked in energy trading. There, she met her husband Davis and they have been together for over 20 wonderful years. Noelle and Davis moved to The Woodlands in 2010. She has 2 beautiful boys, Smith (11) and Pike, (8). Noelle became involved in HOPE after attending the 2nd HOPE Under the Stars fundraiser in 2010. She stated once she heard Will’s story, she was immediately committed to the cause. Noelle has served on the HOPE Committee as an outstanding volunteer for 9 years. She serves as an active member of the HOPE Development Board and she co-chaired the HOPE Under the Stars Gala in 2015 and 2016. Noelle and her family have consistently and without waivering, supported the Herndon’s and their fight to save their son, Will. Noelle has a heart for HOPE, for her community and for giving back. She is a sustaining member of The Junior League of Houston where she spent most of her time volunteering at Texas Children’s Hospital. She has served on the Texas Children’s Hospital Advisory Council, and she and her husband are members of the TCH Ambassadors Program. She has served on many committees for Interfaith of the Woodlands, she is a member of the Montgomery County Panhellenic Alumnae Association, past PTO President for Children of The Woodlands, and the current Vice President of Fundraising for Galatas Elementary PTO. Noelle loves spending time at home or at the beach with her boys and husband, Davis. HOPE carries a special place in its heart for Noelle. The Will Herndon Research Fund is honored to recognize Noelle Jahncke as our 2020 Woman of Distinction. Thank you Noelle!
