Matt Stirn Photography Science, Conservation, and Travel Photography I am an archaeologist and photographer based out of Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Thanks for visiting!

The majority of my work focuses on the lifestyle, travel, and natural settings encountered in archaeological and scientific expedition research. I have worked as the Photographer in Residence at the British School in Athens (Greece) and as senior photographer for archaeological projects on four continents. While I enjoy shooting the discovery associated with archaeology, I am currently interested

in exploring peripheral aspects of scientific exploration including its impacts on indigenous communities. In addition to covering others' work, I currently direct three high-elevation archaeological projects in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. While my specialties focus on archaeological photography, travel, outdoor, and adventure, I am always excited to pursue new projects and opportunities.
