We have been conditioned as a society to believe that the only way to get healthy is to lose weight by eating less calories and exercise more.
The old way of thinking, calories in calories out simply is not valid. We no longer have a large supply of quality calories and have too many fake foods.
The simple fact is that our food supply has changed over the years making it harder and harder for our body to maintain balance, it has become overloaded with toxins and lacking nutrients!
