I have a beautiful friend that I have known since middle school that has 3 beautiful children. You can see all 3 in this picture; At least I do. These are my friend's rainbow babies after her oldest passed away shortly after birth in the NICU. Each Summer is a reminder and together we took a few moments to honor Baby Daniella with her siblings this year. 🌻

One thing I love is that each time we do photos we add something special for her into them. This time it was the rainbow skirt from , an awareness group for infertility, pregnancy and infant loss. 🌈

In my opinion, time does not heal the wounds we carry surrounding our children. Many times we beat ourselves up for outcomes out of our control. For my friend and any other woman that has or is experiencing this - I see you and I love you. You are not alone, your experience is yours not someone else's, and it is okay to not be okay all the time.

*What you see is a happy moment with her children before the rest of the session. This is the happiness she gives daily, and I want that to be remembered*
