If you’re worried about being awkward, don’t. I will always be more awkward and you will most likely find me in some ridiculous positions. But I’ll get the shot!!

You don’t know why to do with yourself. That’s ok! Thaw my job not yours. I won’t leave you hanging, I will Mae sure you look and feel great.

You don’t think you’ll be able to relax. I’ll share a secret, i have skills that will have you feeling relaxed and at home in your body in no time.

You don’t need to know what to do, you don’t need to be photogenic, you don’t need a perfect plan. You just need to take a deep breath and let me do my job…and everything will be just fine. Better than fine, it will be great!

Hi Friends…I’m back!

I took a quiet pause these past few months to reset, refocus, and EDIT!!! The last quarter of 2025 was busy beyond belief and my butt was stuck in front of my computer editing non-stop!

And it was glorious! Even when I went numb and sat here dehydrated until 2 am, I felt (feel) so blessed to have had the work I did. 2025 was the best and most challenging yet.

This break from the socials also gave me time to get really clear on the work I love creating. But more on all of that throughout this month.

We are officially into 2026 by 6 days now but I still thought it was good for myself to see (and share) my wins in 2025. That’s a Wrap 2025, photographer’s edition 😊📸

And wow… what a year it’s been!

This year was full of growth, trust, dashed wit a little bit of healthy fear and moments that remind me why I do this. I captured growing families, and glowing mama bellies. I celebrated with graduating seniors and helped businesses find their visual professional voice. I took on my largest school yet and learned that I absolutely ❤️ boutique school portrait photography. Five years of doing this full time, and I still feel so blessed to call this my life and my job.

To every single client who supported me this year, whether you booked a session, came back again, referred a friend, shared your images, or simply cheered me on, thank you. You trusted me with your people, your stories, your businesses, and the seasons of your life.

As we step into 2026, I’m so excited for what’s ahead. If you have a graduating seniors, I’d love to meet them. If you’re a business in need of a brand refresh, I’d love to talk to you. So tosay is a big day. It’s my first time 50th birthday. And while I contemplated sharing that number so publicly I ultimately reasoned why not? What’s the big deal? Well, it is a big deal. I’m mid-century instead of half century. I’ve done incredible things, seen incredible places, and lived a blessed life. I have an amazing husband, 3 kids who challenge and bless me each day. I run a business that brings life and joy not only to me but to others. What more could I ask for? Yes the first half of my life has been magical indeed.

Here’s to the next half century. To the joy and success but also to the struggles and pain (which is inevitable). I thank God each day for the gifts he’s given me in each and every form, from my breath to my family to my skills. And also for the challenges and trials that have shaped me.

Thank you too to for giving me something to look forward to today. Your comedy and Sally O’Malley has always brought me so much happiness.

Hey East Valley parents, I’m having a school portrait pop up!

What does that mean?

Well, maybe you’re a homeschool parent who doesn’t have a chance to do yearly school photos. Maybe you already got your kids school photos back and you don’t like them. Whatever your reason, I’m setting aside a few hours on Saturday, October 18th to take photos of your kids that you’ll LOVE!

I’ll be working at Mrs. Debi’s Tiny House in Chandler. These sessions are sure to sell out so if you’re interested choose your session time now!

In-home newborn photos is something I’m 100% fully vested in. Here are several reasons that outline my philosophy.

1. This is where the magic happens. This is where you are raising your kids to be the best little humans possible before they step out into the world. It’s a very important and meaningful place.

2. Your home is also a safe place. You and your kids (and fur-babies) feel comfortable here. They can be themselves here without judgement.

3. Kids don’t feel the need to “perform” for the camera at home. I’ve found that because they are in their comfortable and safe place, they let their guard down and I see who they truly are.

4. Last, your home, apartment, or condo has personality. From the design and architecture to your favorite books and latest travel photos framed on the wall, your space tells me more about who you are and who your family is and what is important to you. And I want to capture that too.

The trick is to stay as present as possible. How do you do this? Focus on your partner. Focus on your baby. Take time to slow down and enjoy your family. Look at your new baby’s little face, their little hands, their little feet. Watch their expression change as they sleep or feed. I’ll work my magic while that baby work’s their newborn magic on you.
