Last night I attended a creative night and we talked all about our creative processes and also how we process emotions, thoughts and life events.

Some write music.
Some draw.
Some write short stories.
Some just write pages of thoughts (me 🙋🏻‍♀️).
Some sing.
Some cry.
Some express verbally.
Some express internally.

There are so many different ways to process emotion and thought. If you’re like me, you can write 10 pages at a time free hand in your favorite journal and then verbalize everything to your trusted people.

It doesn’t matter how you process. It matters that you process in order to find the root of your emotion/thought, heal from it and move on.
