The desert is magical. I absolutely love it. So naturally when Kathryn and Nathan asked if I'd be cool with driving out to Mecca at sunrise for their engagement session, I was totally on board.

A few months ago, Justine, James and I explored Balboa Park, talking, laughing, joking, and then headed over to Ballast Point in Little Italy. That's I look for in my engagement sessions. Gorgeous photos, yes, obviously. But also, connection. Adventure. Fun .
