I was listening to a podcast yesterday and the hosts were talking about their favorite seasons. One of them mentioned that we need Winter every year in order to experience the warmth and beautify of Spring to its fullest. I just thought that was a cool perspective because each season has something unique about it that I love, but I definitely would get tired of each of them if it was eternally the same.

Hey you! If you’re new around here I’m Katherine. If I haven’t had the pleasure of having you in front of my camera yet here are some things you may like to know about me.

- I get really excited when I get “the shot”. See first image for example.
- I’m a major animal person, but I’m going to play it cool until I know how you feel about animals. I have 1 golden retriever, 3 cats, 1 horse, 3 goats, 7 chickens, and 1 rooster. I will happily talk to you about any and all of my animals but pictures will be included.
- I say “aw cute” an annoying amount of times during each photography session. I’m sorry in advance I really can’t help it.
- I am a low maintenance girly and I think I have unintentionally forced my life to be low maintenance as well. Now this doesn’t mean my life is easy, it just means it’s simple and fun. My animals, hobbies, and work all politely coexists and it’s great!
