Hi! 👋 I’m Linn, the heart and soul behind Linnea Kay Photography!

My photography journey started with a little point-and-shoot camera I purchased at a pawn shop… so.many.years.ago! Since then, I’ve invested a lot of time, learning, and finances into growing this little business I love so much. ❤️

I have a nursing background and previously worked in the pulmonary field, but after having my own children, I was blessed with the opportunity to stay home with them. My husband has been incredibly supportive of my dreams, and we have our sweet pug, Addy, who turned 12 this year! 🐾

I’ve always loved art, creativity, and the way a photograph can tell a story. There’s something so special about capturing the little moments, genuine connections, and details that make your story uniquely yours. Creativity lights up something in me that’s hard to explain or contain!

What a beautiful day celebrating Sarah and Dillan! 🤍

I had an absolute blast spending last Saturday with these two and their incredible crew! Wow, was it WINDY! 🌬️ But even the wind couldn’t keep the smiles, laughter, and love from shining through. Seriously, this group brought the most positive, joy-filled energy, and it was such a pleasure to be part of their day!

As a wedding photographer, I’m always reminded what a special thing it is to be trusted with capturing these moments. These are the memories Sarah and Dillan will get to look back on throughout their marriage, and I’m so honored I got to be the one behind the camera. 🤍

From the elegant details at Meadow Barn to B&G ice cream, and twirling flower girls and ring bearers showing off on the dance floor, this fall wedding was full of so many sweet moments! Surrounded by apple trees and the beauty of the season, it was truly a day to remember. 🍂

☀️ It’s hard to believe summer is already winding down! My kids and I have soaked up so many beautiful days outside and by the pool, and now I’m looking ahead to one of my favorite seasons.

Fall is a busy time for family mini sessions! If you’re hoping for lush green scenery, August is the perfect time to book. September and October bring beautiful fall colors and a whole different kind of magic.
