So it's been awhile, May of 2019 to be exact.

I decided to get back into photography, I never stopped enjoying it. But at that point in time we needed some extra money and my husband is always sacrificing his wants and needs for our family and I wanted to be the one to do so at that time. So I sold my camera to a strong Mom, she had cancer and was wanting a good camera at a lower price. She wanted to take pictures of her and her children, those moments they didn't know if it would be her last. It was a pleasure to help her out.

Many people wanted me to do this as a career but that was never really a thought to me. It was my hobby and that's how I wanted to keep it. I know when I sold my camera I upset people even though it didn't effect them. They had set expectations for me in their head and I wasn't meeting them.

This is my hobby, I enjoy it and I don't want the pressure of it becoming a career just yet. One day maybe I would do nature photography as a career, I'm not big on photographing people. At this moment I want to just enjoy taking photos of my life and sharing them with others.

I have known this young lady since she was born, I still see her as a little girl sometimes but she's now a young woman....

I have known this young lady since she was born, I still see her as a little girl sometimes but she's now a young woman. I'm so excited for her and all the amazing things I know she will do. She is the most humble and kind person I think I know. So happy I was able to share this time with her!
