📸🐾 Just finished the *cutest* puppy session for **Top Notch Pup**, and my heart is full! These Bernedoodles were absolute angels in front of the camera—fluffy, cuddly, and bursting with personality. 😍

I have a serious soft spot for all-black pups, and this litter had *two* little guys that completely stole my heart. 💕 Their sweet expressions and tiny paws had me swooning the entire time. Can’t wait to see these babies go to loving homes!

Today, as I edit our family photos, I’m overwhelmed with gratitude. This one, in particular, stands out—our six generations all alive and well, captured in one frame. What a rare and incredible blessing it is to have this gift of time, to see not just my grandmothers and mother but also my children and grandchildren all thriving together.

Each person in our family brings something unique and precious to our lives, and I am deeply thankful for every individual. The richness of our shared experiences, the stories told, and the memories made are truly invaluable. I love my family deeply, and I cherish every quirk and characteristic that makes each person special. This photo isn’t just a snapshot; it’s a testament to the love, history, and joy that define us.

Congratulations to Dorian & Kylee on their engagement! 🎊 We had an incredible time capturing their connection from the rooftop of a parking garage in downtown Tampa, FL. Had a special opportunity to take pictures of this beautiful family on my visit back to Washington. Enumclaw, WA is just a beautiful place and when you combine great location with picture-perfect beautiful family then you get amazing photos.

This post has been a long time coming. For seven years, I have been eagerly anticipating this moment. It may sound like an exaggeration, but I have planned and talked about this session endlessly. I have pictured my family in every one of Vannessa's posts, and even made it the centerpiece of my dream board. In fact, I was so committed to making this happen that I put screenshots of Vannessa's work on my fridge as motivation to get in shape and prepare for the shoot. I have always admired her incredible talent and couldn't wait to work with her in person.

I had imagined taking a photo of my family on a mountain top, symbolizing the season of my life when it was just us. Years later, I would do another session with my grandchildren on a mountain, signifying the next season of life, and finally, one with Coltin and I on the last mountain top together. However, I had put it off for too long, and by the time we had the photoshoot, I had missed the season I had hoped to capture. I had given up my youth in the hopes of losing weight, but instead, I gained it. The session was a profound reminder that there's no better time than right now. We must seize the moment, take the photo session, buy the dress, ask the person out, go for the job, start the business, forgive those that wronged us, love those in front of us as they are, with no anticipation for the future, and let go of those who do us no good. So do it! Be motivated to not miss the present.

Behind every great photo is probably a good story! 😂😂😂

I was doing photos for Gold Diamond Pup. My daughter is my model with our Poodle and my other daughter behind the camera is clearly the instigator. We first said to her “LIFT HIS CHIN UP” and she misunderstood me. What you can’t hear is me shaking my head no when she asks “Pick him up?” And her sister being the rebellious one seeing me say no she tells her yes! 😂

Never a dull moment with my children…

I have had the privilege of photographing all 5 pregnancies of Kody's. Each one was beautiful and unique. We both had different visions for this specific photoshoot, a town background was not anywhere close to what we had in mind... But, that's right where we ended up, downtown Enumclaw.
