Dana & Nora celebrated their 10 year wedding anniversary with their very first professional photos 🥹 how special is that.

We spent the evening at the beach—one of their favorite places—just walking around, laughing, and getting to know each other. You would never guess it was their first session. They fully leaned in, trusted every pose I threw at them, and just had fun with it.

I found myself smiling the entire time I was going through their gallery trying to choose what to share… and that’s exactly why I love what I do. Photos are meant to make you feel something.

So we paid respect to every piece of who Laila is — and had to end her session under the lights at the Tampa Theatre.

I’m finding more and more of my sessions are moving in this direction—and I love how it gives everyone space to be themselves. It takes the pressure off chasing the “perfect” photo, because perfect looks different to everyone.

This wedding deserved way more than 20 slides, but we did our best. 🥹
The most intimate beach wedding in Panama City for such a dear friend. A total full-circle moment — Miranda and I met back in college in San Diego, and here I am all these years later photographing her wedding in Florida.

It’s little moments like this that remind me how lucky I am to do what I do. These two brought the energy all day long — all they wanted were real, honest photos with the people they love most.

And honestly… just look at them. If you’re not smiling by the end of this post, we might need to talk 😂
