Throwing back to summer in Telluride, CO with Alyssa & Luke! We had so much fun running around Telluride, taking the wrong gondola, and frolicking with the local Elk. They officially tied the knot that morning at the courthouse and then went for breakfast at a local farm to fork cafe, before coming back to get ready and say their vows in front of their family with the Rockies putting on a show in the background! I am so honored they flew me out to Colorado to artfully document their Iowa love in the mountains 🏔️

Kansas City couples planning a peaceful garden-style wedding, this one’s for you 🌿

Gentry and Ian’s wedding at The Barn at Brophy Creek had the kind of calm, joyful energy that makes a wedding day feel slow and intentional. Soft summer light over the fields, guests lingering during an extended cocktail hour, and quiet newlywed moments right after they said “I do” while friends played yard games nearby.

This year, I felt led to use my photography in a way that pours back into the community I’ve been getting to know. A photographer from back home in Iowa inspired this idea, and it reminded me how meaningful it can be when we use our gifts to uplift others. So this Christmas, I’m hoping to bring joy not only to the families in front of my camera, but also to the teens at New Beginnings Youth Shelter, who deserve to feel cared for and celebrated this season. ❤️
