The evening of Ale’s maternity shoot, the sun was hiding. Being 2 weeks out from her due date, we took the gamble and we took the photos!

The sun decided to finally come out as we were about to head to our cars, so we turned around and got a few more shots.

Despite the sun being late to the party, the session was still dreamy!!

Moral of the story, pick a photographer whose vision you trust and let them work their magic!! 💛

This set up is so special to me! Here’s why..
My grandmother made this beautiful quilt for my daughter.

When I had the idea to use a quilt as my backdrop for Mother’s Day photos I quickly called her to see if she had any large quilts I could borrow. She told me she had the perfect one, and then explained that she had made it for Aria 🤍 while I came up with the set, she helped me by making suggestions of what to add and how to make it just perfect. So this set up is not only to represent the love between a mother and her children, but it is also a love letter from a grandmother to her grandchildren. Thank you for making our lives so beautiful and full of color grandma.
