Talked Real Estate marketing at Tallahassee Board of Realtors last Tuesday.

We talked about:
-How to market a listing without creating liability
-What actually happens to views when you add video where I showed side-by-side: average personal page reach vs. reach on a listing with video
-Where AI is actually useful in real estate right now (and where it’s not)

The biggest takeaway for most agents: video is already outperforming your photos, you just need to be posting it.
