Photographs by Melissa Marie Nothing better than going through family photos on a rainy day ♥ What do you see when you see a photo? I see everything about the person or place.

My name is Melissa and I am in love with taking pictures and capturing moments that will last a lifetime. I love to be able to just look at a photo and see the personality of the person. Even if I wasn't in the photo or never lived in that time, I can still sense what it would be like all because of an amazing photo! I treasure every photo I have. I have been know to take them with me into the sto

rm shelter just because I couldn't bear to lose them. Pictures are the most important material thing to me. Photos are what we leave our family when we are gone and how they will remember us. I look back on the photos of those I love who have passed away and I love seeing their eyes, smile, and their personality shining through! I also love looking back at photos through the years with friends and family and remembering the moments that were so special and you can see that in the photos. Honestly Photos make me smile from the heart! If I could make a living capturing memories that will forever be remembered then my life would be perfect. At the moment I am in school to become a social worker, but I would love to turn my Photography into a career. I want to thank you all for at least looking at my photos and giving me comments that could help me. If you would like to set up a session I would love that as well! My goal is capture you and your loved ones and surroundings in the photos when I take them. When I say that I don't mean just your physical appearance, but your personality. After all your personality is what makes the photos PERFECT!

♥ We wonder why black and white pictures captures the soul. I think it's cause without color, we aren't drawn to the makup, or to the color of our eyes, or how tan our skin is. Black & white captures the innocence on one's face & the hurt they've gone through. The glow we see comes from inside, brightening our eyes, our skin, and our smile. ♥

Merry Christmas! I hope you all have a wonderful day! I will be having photo sessions still this weekend if no rain and next week as well! My birthday is in 5 days so I'll have sessions marked temporarily at $50 for mini which will be 10 to 15 photos edited digital copies with printing rights, $85 for a full session which is 50 photos edited digital photos with printing rights! This is a special and will end soon. :) Also with me I don't do a short 15 minute mini session because I know sometimes things happen and it takes longer. :)
