New event venue for live music, parties to open inside Tacoma restaurant

We’re opening the doors to “The Poet: a Tacoma venue”.

Join us for an afternoon of live music, Underground Sound zine special guests, art, conversation, snacks, and creative experiences as we celebrate the launch of Tacoma’s newest venue space.

We’ll have flash tattoos, tooth gems, fashion art, a photobooth, caricature artist, and interactive creative elements throughout the space.

The Poet was created as a place for sound, movement, and connection—a flexible Tacoma venue for live music, workshops, banquets, weddings, classes, photography, celebrations, and community gatherings.

I should’ve clarified this earlier, so I apologize for the short notice, but I personally do not have Halloween decorations so anyone that’s attending is welcome to bring anything they have and I know that models will be bringing their own costumes. But I’m not going to have some elaborate Halloween decorations I just have basic backdrops that are not themed
