Looking back on the last decade in business we come to August 31 2016. Hickory Edwards, famed Onondaga water way adventurer aboard the Hokulea Polynesian Sailing Vessel.
It would be our second time aboard the Hokulea. The first, earlier that year when the crew came to NYC and a group of Haudenosaunee paddlers rowed out to greet them with a host of other Native people and allies. I had an article in Indian Country Today published from that trip.
This trip was to invite the crew to the Haudenosaunee Village at the NYS Fair that year, which they accepted.
