It's been a while since I've been behind the camera. I've been enjoying my 3-year-old as he grows and becomes his own little self and growing myself as a dedicated mother. It seemed fitting that I would dust the camera off to capture such special memories as Kelly as she does the same.

Kelly and Ryan, I am so happy for you as I know how much this beautiful baby boy means to you, and I am super excited to see how wonderful of a big sister Estella will be! They are the luckiest kiddos to have the two of you as parents.

We had so much fun during Ben's senior session! He is one of the politest young men that I have ever met, not to mention respectful, and super photogenic! By the end we were all convinced that if his college and baseball career don't pan out that he could just be a model!

I've been quiet over here lately, but for good reason. A 2 year old who is growing like a w**d and we are making core memories! But, it's fall and it's amazing outside and the camera needs the dust blown off of it. I was thankful to get behind the camera again and make wonderful memories with such a special family. So much laughter and so many genuine smiles.

It's been quite some time since I've been behind the camera, work, life, raising a tiny human, etc... I couldn't have been more happy when I was asked to photograph Jake's senior photos! That word can mean so many things. Daughter, Sister, Friend, Wife, Mother... The best of those, in my opinion, is Mother. Being a mother changes you in so many ways, all ways for the better. I see an amazing Mother in Erica. A loving, caring Mother, yet fierce in every way. Coming from myself, a woman who changed in so many ways, embrace it all, every moment, even the down right hard moments. They are building you to be the woman that you are meant to be.
