The Compassionate Care Conference from Upstate Caring Partners was an event that truly embodied its namesake. It was heartening to see so many attendees come to listen to these renowned professionals share their experiences for the betterment of individuals with IDD.
It was a pleasure and a privilege to be the AV providers for this event!

Lit Actually Romance Bookshop is presenting a mini series of book talks taking place at this summer.
The first event on July 15th, brought in bestselling author to talk about her magical love stories and the anticipated release of her new book!

Not only was this was a truly inspiring talk, especially for someone interested in writing their own stories, the entire house was full-to-bursting of fans and readers eager to hear from their favorite author. 📖🎉

The CNY Sales & Marketing Executives Crystal Ball Awards honor an individual every year for their dedication and impact on the prosperity of Syracuse! This year's recipient of the Crystal Ball was Ryan Benz, Founder and CEO of Redev CNY!

Alongside this esteemed award, local organizations can also honor their own employees with the Sales and Marketing Expertise awards for outstanding effort and service.

This May, our very own Dan Singer earned the Sales and Marketing award for AV! His persistence and communication with our clientele has been tireless since his onboarding in early 2025 Congratulations to EVERYONE for their excellence and achievements!! 🎉🎊

On these hot days, what's cooler than planning on going to the Rosamond Gifford Zoo Fall Conservation Bash? Nothing!

On Wednesday, September 16, the Zoo is holding their annual fundraising event with delicious food, animal meet and greets, and one-of-a-kind raffles.

MACNY, The Manufacturers Association's 113th Annual Celebration happened this past May. With the slogan "Building Tomorrow, Together," this event always strives to celebrate the accomplishments of Syracuse Manufacturing from big to small.

This year, the newest inductee to the Manufacturers Wall of Fame was Nathan Andrews from Morse Manufacturing! Congratulations to Nathan, and to everyone for another year of hard work.

Amazing congratulations to Syracuse Challenger Baseball for their Grand Opening of the Superfield of Dreams on May 16th.

This was such a cool event to be a part of and a HUGE thank you to Tom Kenny, famed voice of SpongeBob SquarePants, for making this such a special day for so many.

Syracuse Challenger Baseball is the "oldest and largest baseball league for adults and children with disabilities win the world." With the opening of the new fields at Carrier Park, so many more people can play ball than ever before!

Father Champlin's Guardian Angel Society holds a Kentucky Derby party every year in May. From the fun outfits to the prizes, there is always something to look forward to.

And of course, all proceeds go to ensuring educational opportunities for kids of all backgrounds!

Congratulations to our very own David Foor for winning a Certificate of Appreciation for overwhelming support to the cause!

The CenterState CEO Innovation Night occurred on May 7th, featuring the GENIUS NY Pitch Finals.
This year, five teams competed to win the $1 million grand prize to make their dreams a reality. A HUGE congratulations to all of the finalists; we can't wait to see what you make!

This event is always such a special one, and it marks the start of something great every year. This wasn't the first Innovation Night that Visual Tec has worked on, and it won't be the last!
As always, it's an honor to work with Centerstate and everyone that helped to make this event happen!
