Sometimes I can’t believe I’ve been photographing beautiful people since 2019 and somehow it just keeps getting better.
I remember when I first started out, I wanted perfectly curated and posed photos and as I’ve grown as a photographer (and human) there’s nothing I want more in than photographing real moments just as they are. Being a documentary photographer has been what I felt called to do ever since I was a teenager and found Vivian Maier’s film work.
My ultimate inspiration for photoshoots is simply the people in front of my camera. Messy houses, belly laughs, dirty feet and real lived in moments - I promise 20 years from now the photos you can actually feel are the ones that will bring tears to your eyes and a swelling in your heart 🤍

end of june check-in —

times been moving so fast these days.
summers here, schools out & i’m trying to remember to soak it all in.
the mess, chaos, busy outdoor days, long nights swimming + sitting by fires.
there’s so much i know i take for granted everyday and my intention is to savor it all. so today, strawberry picking we go & you bet i’m going to eat just as many berries as my kids. i spent all winter daydreaming of long, warm summer days and now they are here.
