As I was laying next to my sweet nephew during one of our nightly sleepovers, I wondered what it was about this week that we all love so much — but it’s actually pretty simple.
We’re together. It’s my favorite place to be — surrounded by my family, the people who love me unconditionally + make the laugh until my stomach hurts.
Sure, we see each other during the week + most Sunday’s at dinner, but a week at the lake is different. No distractions, no worries, just quality time enjoying each other’s company.
Here are a few (out of so, so many) that I’ll cherish for a lifetime; moments captured as a time stamp back to this special place with the best people I know. Pieces for the kids to look back on when they’re older. Photos that will bring back priceless memories.
