Well, this sweet family has grown by two! It seems like yesterday I was photographing their wedding and then their baby, Cameron and now-surprise! Twins!
I’m so incredibly happy for them and please, Michelle, bring the babies to visit as we walk and talk at lunchtime.

HS senior sessions are underway! The heat is here but in early June, this particular day was in the 60’s. Charlotte was on board to meet me in Detroit to take her pictures and it was perfect. There are so many places to photograph and it was hard to pick just a few. Check out our stories for a few more at the DIA. Absolutely adore this beautiful and fun girl!

I am incredibly happy to share just a few sneak peeks from a beautiful wedding at Liberty House of Waterville, LLP This small and intimate day was filled with HUGS. Like, a hundred hugs from the cutest kids that were so excited to have an 'official' uncle.

It was also filled with emotion, love and the best group of people to photograph! I absolutely loved being your photographer and many more pictures to come!!!

One of our very best friend’s DAUGHTER is getting married tomorrow. Our hearts can’t express the love we have for her on this tiny platform but if you see us crying-it’s happy tears. You see, she was the first of our friendship tribe to have a baby and we held her daughter, Miah in the hospital when she was born. She is an incredibly confident, humble, beautiful human who has found her person to do life with and we couldn’t be more happy for you, Miah.

This is the first wedding that we will be ATTENDING and not photographing together and we are thrilled to be present tomorrow throughout the celebration.

Also, these engagements were taken in the pouring rain last spring. No big deal. 😘

My soft and sentimental soul and over emotional heart still was not prepared for this day. The amount of love, emotion, preparation, pure dream come true fairytale story that I witnessed is even hard to describe to you all and even show in the images. I held back tears and actually cried so many times.
After searching for each other for a very long time, Chelsea and Luke were lucky enough to find it. To say they will never take it for granted is an understatement and anyone who attended this wedding would agree. JEM was honored to photograph this wedding in Columbus and even more humbled to witness and document such adoration. I hope you feel just a bit of the undeniable and deep love promised this day… ❤️

It’s the hardest to get these HS senior fellas scheduled and it’s the complete opposite for the HS senior girls. They have been scheduled since sophomore year😆

Simon - love his freckles, photographed him as a newborn, he was my buddy when he was little and they would bring me homemade cake pops/cookies to the studio, his family will always be more than clients to JEM. Secretly hoping for an invite to the lake with them this summer… 😆😆😆 JK .montrie 😆
