Calling all Prayer Warriors 🙏 Trigger Happy's Santa lost his beloved "Mrs. Clause" yesterday (January 7, 2026)💔 Please lift him and their daughter's family up, wrap them in love and prayers. She lovingly sat in on many Santa sessions, always enjoying seeing the joy & excitement in the children's eyes and watching their faces light up.
On a personal note, I hold many wonderful memories of Gloria, while growing up & spending time with them and my cousins. Always inviting and welcoming, quick with wit and charm, warm hugs and kisses on the top of my head. I hold her fondly in my heart and ask that you all join me in keeping the whole family in our thoughts and prayers today, tomorrow and every day that follows. You will be dearly missed and in my heart forever 💔❤️ (p.s. I KNOW you're giving my Daddy a comical hard time up there, Gloria... keep it up... I'm sure he's missed that).

Tailer Pannell and her infectious smile took a chance on my "gimpy" return to photography & allowed me the honor of capturing her graduation from Blue Ridge CC.
The session took longer due to my still healing ankle from the injury back in September, but her patience was phenomenal & extremely appreciated (and much needed, trust me 🤣).
This remarkable young lady is a breath of fresh air & I am humbled to have gotten to know her. Thank you Tailer, for being my first trial run (limp) back into my passion. You are going to take this world by storm, and I cannot wait to see how far you go, dear one ❤️

Documenting local band performances over the years has brought me so much joy & I've met so many wonderful people. Capturing musicians & singers in their element... getting to step inside their world for a second during every frame and literally feel their vibe is hard to put into words. What's even harder to put into words is the gut wrenching tug felt when hearing of one of the most talented performers in our area's loss of life. There is complete devastation felt throughout the band community right now with the news of Daniel's passing. Remarkable talent & loved by all, this wave of heartbreak ripples out far and wide.
Having to reach back through my archives brought me to tears while remembering his light, his fury & the immense love his wife, parents, band mates & every single crowd poured towards him at every show and beyond. Please keep your thoughts & prayers with his family, his band family, and all that loved him, now and in all the days to come.
I am heart broken to the Core for you all.
