I worked with a coach that used to talk about checking in with "Resistance." If Resistance said, "sure do the thing," she knew it was probably too easy and comfortable.

Saw this and thought of all my senior clients! For those that admire brevity (or have a short attention span), I kind of feel like this is just a shorter way of expressing what Lao Tzu said.

(You know it even if you don't know you do... “Watch your thoughts, they become your words; watch your words, they become your actions; watch your actions, they become your habits; watch your habits, they become your character; watch your character, it becomes your destiny.”)

So maybe create yourself with thoughtfulness, and make sure it's really the person you want to be 🥰
