I’m here for you, mamas of seniors.

The emotions of this season are still so vivid for me after walking through it last year with my own first senior. The excitement, the pride, the nostalgia, the ache of realizing just how quickly the years have gone by — it all comes rushing back this time of year.

I’ll be right back in it again next year, but for now I’m considering this my little “year off” in between. Even so, I’m still right here with you, feeling all the feels as you celebrate your amazing seniors and prepare to watch them step into what’s next.

This is a little reminder that you don’t need a special occasion to hire a photographer. While I have many clients who reach out because they are celebrating a milestone birthday or anniversary, simple time with your family IS special enough. Ordinary moments with the ones you love are the best reasons to invest in photography. Capturing these moments, the connections and relationships, and turning them into tangible memories is so valuable. So take this as your nudge, you don’t need a special occasion to hire a photographer this summer, capturing your family simply because is the right choice 😉.

We are so lucky to be able to celebrate 18 years of Graham today! He is a hard-working, adventurous, thoughtful, fun-loving guy. It has been such a privilege to watch him grow, explore, and become his own person. He is ready to fly (literally) and we can’t wait to watch him bravely step into adulthood.
