Do you know how we photograph Kitchens in Real Estate Photography??
After finding the perfect composition/Angle that we are trying to capture, we start with a Full Frame camera and a 15 MM Lens (OR on a crop sensor camera we use a 10MM Lens).
We place the camera on a tripod and rase the camera just high enough to not see the bottom/Underneath of the cabinets. Then we level the camera and make sure all vertical lines in the home show perfectly vertical in the camera view. THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT STEP!
Then for camera settings:
At our company we use 5 Bracketed images capturing the different exposures accounting for Highlights and shadows.
Then we set our Camera to aperture Priority and take the 5 Images.
After we get back to our office we upload and send them to our editor which hand blends all five brackets together to get the perfect picture with the highlights and shadows. This also helps to see outside of the windows!!
And thats how we do it!
