It’s been a while since our last post-and for good reason. 🤓👍🏽

Over the past year, Tennessee Virtual Tours has been busy. A large portion of our time has been spent behind the scenes capturing hundreds of scans as a trusted subcontractor, helping other teams deliver high-quality virtual tours across a wide range of properties. While that work often stays out of the spotlight, it’s been sharpening our workflows, consistency, and efficiency every single week.

At the same time, we’ve been quietly developing something new.

Alongside our ongoing capture work, we’ve been building and refining a dedicated Fire Escape Map workflow designed specifically for short-term rentals and lodging properties. This has involved testing layouts, dialing in accuracy, improving visual clarity, and making sure the final product is something owners can confidently display for guests and inspectors alike.

These photos are a small peek behind the curtain at what the past year has looked like for us-lots of scanning, lots of refinement, and a strong focus on doing things the right way.

Ever wonder why we post in bursts?
It’s not because we’re not working—it’s because most of what we do is under wraps.

We spend the majority of our time working as a preferred subcontractor for some of the best Reality Capture Experts and Matterport professionals in the world. From commercial properties to large-scale virtual environments, a lot of that work is protected by NDAs, which means it doesn’t make it into our public portfolio.

But that’s the work that keeps our skills razor-sharp for our direct clients.
It’s also why—when you do see us post—it’s usually a burst of fresh content, BTS shots, and project highlights all at once.
