Love making snowman. I used the 3 in flat glass ornaments. I cut my felt 51/2 x6 ..Then I cut one of the long sides 1 1/2 in long 1/4 inch wide strips for the fringe. I folded the other long side 1 1/4 fir the name placement. Once you iron on the name glue up the back side then glue to your ornament. I used a clear rubber band and bunched the fringe. Covered the rubber band with small ribbon. Glued my snow flake.
