There are some families God places in your life that become more than friendsā¦ they become steady places, soft landings, and proof that His timing is always perfect.
For me, thatās the Jones family.
For years, Weāve walked through the good days together.. the easy laughter, the milestones, the memories you wish you could bottle up forever. And weāve walked through the hard days too.. the ones that tested strength, faith, and hearts in ways most people will never understand. Through every season, every peak and valley, they have been my constantā¦ and I honestly couldnāt imagine doing life without them. They mean more to me than anyone could ever put into words.
And seeing them now as a family of five truly feels like watching God bring a story full circle.
Maggie Catherine.. you a precious little girl who came into their lives and somehow managed to complete them the moment you arrived. You are living proof that miracles donāt have to start smallā¦ sometimes they walk in when you least expect it and fit right into a space you didnāt even realize was waiting. You are SO loved, my girl!
Iāve watched Josh and Kami fight for this family with a strength that comes from deep within.. a strength built on prayer, perseverance, and a love that refused to quit. Iāve watched them trust God in the dark, even when the answers didnāt come quickly. Iāve watched them hold their boys through uncertainty, keep their hearts open, and continue believing in the family He was shaping for them.
And then Maggie finally came back home.. exactly when she was supposed to, exactly how she was supposed to. Not one moment too early. Not one moment too late. Even though we would have loved for her to have never left, and while we will never understand why, we have to believe that God had a plan for every single thing that led them to this exact moment.
Standing behind the camera during this picture, seeing the way she reaches for Josh, the way she melts into Kami, the way her brothers adore and protect herā¦ it felt like witnessing Godās promise finally resting in their arms.
This isnāt just a family photo.
This is redemption.
This is answered prayer.
This is the beauty that rises after the longest battle.
This is the Jones family.. whole, complete, and overflowing with the kind of love that only grows from the hardest journeys.
And the fact that they let me be part of their storyā¦ that they trust me with their memories, their moments, and their milestonesā¦ itās something I will never take lightly and never stop being grateful for.
I love this family with my whole heart.
And I am so thankful God chose to intertwine our lives the way He did.
