The other day, I posted about my first puppy shoot since the surgery, and it was truly such a special experience. I shared the father of the litter, the beautiful Winston, but now it is time for the main event — the puppies.

They were absolutely adorable and incredibly photogenic. If you look closely, some of them were actually smiling and even posing for the camera. It was such a wonderful day, filled with fun, laughter, and so many great moments to capture.

A truly memorable experience, and of course, a lot of amazing pictures came out of it as well.

I am slowly getting back into a sort of “normal” life again. I still have my limitations, and of course the medical team tells me what I can and cannot do at the moment, but anything outdoors, within reason, is a good thing. I was fortunate enough to do what I love most and have my first puppy shoot since the surgery.

The puppies will be shared later, but this is their father — a pure legendary long-haired German Shepherd with an incredible German lineage. He is a descendant of many top champions and, not to offend anyone, one of the most beautiful pups I have ever seen, not to mention his incredibly friendly temperament.

I was so in love with this dog that I must have taken around 700 photos of him alone. Now I just have to narrow them down, but I think this one is my favorite.
