🚨 MANHUNT ENDS IN ANDERSON, SOUTH CAROLINA

A multistate manhunt for a suspect wanted in connection with the fatal shooting of Warm Springs Police Officer Chris Fisher has ended in Anderson, South Carolina.

Authorities say Anderson County deputies located 23-year-old Jimmy Lee Steverson during a traffic stop. Deputies found him suffering from what authorities described as an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. He was transported to a hospital, where authorities say he later died.

The investigation into Officer Fisher’s killing remains active.

A deadly investigation is underway in Greenville County after a pedestrian was struck near South Pleasantburg Drive and Impact Drive early Wednesday morning. The Greenville County Coroner’s Office confirmed the victim died at the scene. South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating what led to the collision.

🚨 FLORENCE COUNTY MAN CHARGED WITH FELONY DUI AFTER DEADLY CRASH

Authorities say 30-year-old Cameron Griffin has been arrested and charged with felony DUI resulting in death following a deadly crash in Florence County.

According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol, a pickup carrying three people left Cockfield Road, overturned and struck a ditch. The Florence County Coroner identified the person killed as 25-year-old Katie Lesesne of Darlington. Two other people were transported to the hospital with injuries.

The investigation remains ongoing. The charge against Griffin is an allegation and has not been proven in court.

🚨 BREAKING NEWS — FLORENCE COUNTY, SOUTH CAROLINA

A Florence County crash that left one person dead and two others injured has now resulted in a felony DUI charge.

According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol, the single-vehicle crash happened around 1:25 Sunday morning on Cockfield Road.

Troopers say a 2014 Chevrolet pickup carrying three people was traveling west when it left the roadway, overturned and struck a ditch.

The Florence County Coroner identified the person killed as 25-year-old Katie Lesesne of Darlington. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

Two other people were transported to the hospital with injuries.

Authorities say 30-year-old Cameron Griffin has been charged with felony DUI resulting in death. He was booked into the Florence County Detention Center.

The charge is an allegation and has not been proven in court.

Police are investigating a shooting that left five people injured in Conway.

According to Conway Police, officers responded to reports of gunfire around 10:10 Tuesday night in the Smith Jones Street area.

Authorities say five people were injured during the incident.

Four of those victims were taken to the hospital for treatment.

A fifth person suffered a grazing injury and did not require medical treatment.

At this time, police have not released the conditions of the four people who were hospitalized.

Investigators have also not announced an arrest or publicly identified a suspect.

Police have not yet released information about what may have led to the shooting.

🚨 CHARLIE KIRK CASE UPDATE — SUSPECT ORDERED TO STAND TRIAL

A Utah judge has ruled that 23-year-old Tyler Robinson must stand trial in connection with the killing of conservative activist Charlie Kirk.

Kirk was fatally shot while speaking at an event at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah, on September 10, 2025.

Prosecutors have charged Robinson with aggravated murder and are seeking the death penalty. During the preliminary proceedings, prosecutors presented evidence they say connects Robinson to the shooting, including video evidence, DNA evidence and electronic messages.

The defense has challenged portions of the prosecution’s case, including aspects of the DNA evidence.

The judge determined there was sufficient probable cause for all seven charges to move forward to trial.

⚖️ IMPORTANT: This ruling is not a finding of guilt. Robinson has been charged and remains presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.

🚨 BREAKING NEWS — COLLETON COUNTY, SOUTH CAROLINA

A frightening kidnapping investigation in Colleton County ended with a mother and her two children rescued after a high-speed pursuit and crash.

According to the Colleton County Sheriff’s Office, 36-year-old Edward P. Smalls Jr. is accused of kidnapping a woman and her two children, ages 11 and 6. Investigators allege the woman was forced into the trunk of her own vehicle at gunpoint and the 11-year-old was restrained with duct tape.

Authorities say the mother managed to contact her own mother from inside the trunk, helping law enforcement track the vehicle.

Deputies located the vehicle near Ritter Road and Hendersonville Highway. Authorities say the driver refused to stop and reached extremely high speeds. Deputies eventually disengaged from the active pursuit because of the danger while continuing to monitor the vehicle.

The vehicle later crashed into a field near Little Elbow Drive. The mother and both children survived and were taken to a hospital with minor injuries.

Authorities say Smalls surrendered following the crash and was taken into custody. He faces three kidnapping counts and additional charges.

The allegations have not been proven in court, and the suspect is presumed innocent unless convicted.
