She flies above the prairie breeze,
Where wild hearts learned to roam.
A mustang once untamed and free,
Now carries freedom home.
The bison stands with quiet strength,
A witness to the years.
Through triumph, trial, hope, and loss,
Through laughter, blood, and tears.
Beneath God’s sky, on open ground,
Where amber sunsets fall,
The flag still waves for those who gave,
And those who answer the call.
Two hundred fifty years have passed,
Yet still her story grows.
In fields of grace and steadfast faith,
The heart of America shows.
