This is why photographers put watermarks on their photos. Will it stop folks? No but people are less likely to use the photo. The photo on the Album cover is a coworkers photo from flickr here in Newport News, VA.

I'd say he has a good claim for copyright violation.

If someone puts a watermark on there, please don't take it off.

Its been a hard work week for me and ones I know so I decided to pick up the camera and just mess with settings to relieve stress. At the right moment my little buddy walked in. I needed these moments with him. Love on those around you as soon as you can and never forget to tell them that you love them. Life is precious...

So talking with my friend Ashley and getting some of her story I found out her and fiancé love to discover taverns. They both are separated by many miles as he is deployed and she's here waiting for him. We thought it would be a cool idea to send him an "I miss you/I'm waiting for you" pictures to let him know his beautiful fiancé was still eagerly waiting his return home. You'll notice she has her drink and his prefered drink sitting across from her in anticipation. This turned out to be a great shoot and I'm very thankful to Ashley for being my muse and very appreciative to Gosport Tavern for allowing us a few minutes of their day to shoot at their amazing place. BTW the drinks and food are incredible here... (No they aren't paying me to say that.)
