It's that time of year again!
THE BEST OF THE BLACK HILLS 2026

This year the photographer category is listed under the People page, which I thought was strange at first, but then I got to thinking about it and it makes sense. Photography isn't just about the pictures, it's about the person behind that camera that has the ability to capture your personality, to help bring ease when the kids are not settled for a photo, to tell mom she looks absolutely beautiful even though she might be stressed. I have taken a lot of pride to be the person I am with my clients, to be honest, to fulfill the order with more than they expected, and to build a friendship for years to come.

🏁 We are less than a month away from the Black Hills Corvette Classic! 🏁

Be sure to stop by our booth inside the event and say hello on July 16! Not only will it be a great chance to meet us, but you'll also know where to find us throughout the weekend.

This year, we're changing things up a bit. Instead of offering stationary parking lot portraits, we'll be out and about capturing the excitement, cruising, events, candid moments, and all the action that makes Corvette Classic weekend so special.

Keep an eye out for us, wave when you see the camera, and let's make some incredible memories together!

Happy birthday birthday to my mini me! You might recognize this one at my photo sessions, getting the kiddos to smile, or helping me grab extra props, and grabbing some of the coolest BTS shots that are posted here!

And even though she rolls her eyes when I ask her to model for me, by the end of the session, she is critiquing the pictures and giving ideas of how she can change her position! 🥰

She is usually my personal assistant, but first and foremost my best friend in life. The kind soul this one has continues to bring tears of joy to my eyes as a mom! 🥹
