Starting high school is such a big thing. One minute they’re walking into middle school and before you know it, they’re stepping out. Freshman year changes kids in ways you don’t even realize until you look back.

I was excited to meet Daniel, and although I think he enjoyed our chat about senior year, after school plans and everything else, I’m pretty sure he was most excited about meeting Junior🐕‍🦺
We decided on a short session because this session is more for mom. The good news is we don’t need hours to capture the perfect smile, or perfect personality!! In the end I think he will have a great time and enjoy the experience!

Every session starts with an in person or phone consultation. You ask your questions and I make sure they are all answered! Locations, posing and prompting for the best images, what to wear, best time of year (and time of day), we cover it all so you don’t have any worries!

Someone asked me why I do “meet the senior” posts.

They’re fun for me, they give me a chance to be creative, and more than anything…they help me actually get to know the kids I’m photographing. I don’t just take pictures, I tell stories, I capture moments, and personalities.

And the best part? They love them! (let’s be real…even if I thought they didn’t, I’d probably still do them 😄) I look forward to introducing you all to some more cool, amazing, talented, smart kids!
