Hi lovelies! 🤎 A little payment + policy update for y’all!!
First, THANK YOU for hanging around during busy season! If you know, you know… busy season for photographers is like tax season for accountants. Your girl is BUSY over here! 😆☺️
I wanted to share a little update on how I’ll be accepting payments moving forward!
Starting TODAY, I will no longer be accepting payments through Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, etc.
🤎 All payments will now be made by card directly through your booking portal!
HOW DOES IT WORK?
When completing your booking portal, you’ll eventually reach your invoice. From there, you’ll be able to review your session fee, retainer amount, and remaining balance.
You’ll see a button that says “Proceed to Pay.” Simply click that button and complete your payment right there in your portal! Easy peasy! 🤎
A LITTLE REMINDER ABOUT MY BOOKING POLICY!
My payment policy has NOT changed!
All retainers or session fees must be paid within 24 hours of booking to officially secure your session date and time.
Your session is not officially booked until BOTH your contract is signed AND your retainer or required session fee has been received.
Unfortunately, I cannot hold a session slot with just a signed contract or an unpaid invoice. This ensures your spot is secured and no other family can book that same time! 🤎
WHY THE CHANGE?
I’m making this switch to keep everything simple, organized, and in ONE place for you!
Your booking portal now includes EVERYTHING you need:
🤎 Session Details: View your session date, time, location, and other important information anytime!
🤎 Questionnaire: For new clients, weddings, and full sessions! This is where I get to learn all about YOU, your family, your vision, and all those little details that make your session special. (My FAVORITE part!)
🤎 Contract: So we’re always on the same page… literally! 😉
🤎 Invoice: Review your balance, make your payment, and officially secure your session!
No more bouncing between apps, searching through messages, or wondering where your session information went. Everything you need is right there in your portal!
Thank you all SO much for your continued love, support, and patience during this crazy, beautiful busy season. I truly couldn’t do what I love without all of you!
