I’m incredibly grateful to have 8 of my photographs included in “in Vienna 2026,” an international group exhibition presented by Blank Wall Gallery at Galerie Frank Wien in Vienna, Austria. This marks the 8th country my work has been exhibited in.

Happy 7th Anniversary to my beautiful niece Darryel and her husband Mike! ❤️

This photograph, "Balancing Act," is one of the featured works in my exhibition, "The Ties That Bind Us."

The image is meditation on partnership and emotional equilibrium. The positioning of the couple is symbolic of the balance required within relationships as two individuals learn to support one another through trust, vulnerability, strength, and mutual care while reflecting the emotional surrender, intimacy, and interconnectedness that often define enduring human connection.

Cheers to 7 years of choosing each other every day, lifting each other up, and building a life rooted in love. 🥂

Sometimes dreams begin as an illusion, and sometimes that illusion becomes reality.

I am happy to share that "I Will Always Support You" has been selected for exhibition at Galerie Vivienne in Paris as part of "Entre réel et illusion, quand le regard crée la réalité" (Between Reality and Illusion: When Our Gaze Creates Reality), September 14–20, 2026.

After meeting me and visiting my "In Plain Sight" exhibition in Stoughton last month, fellow photographer Pedro Ferreira Angelo returned to France and recommended my work for this exhibition. Pedro personally selected "I Will Always Support You" because, in his words:

"Love: a reality for some, an illusion for others. One of life's greatest treasures is finding that one special person who remains by your side through a lifetime of joy and hardship. For Sonya Tanae Fort's parents, that love has endured for seventy years—a reality they have lived each day together. For many others, such lasting devotion remains only an illusion. One can be a billionaire and never truly know love, only illusions and empty dreams, for it is a treasure that cannot be bought. Love is a reality to be lived fully, day after day."

What makes this invitation even more meaningful is how perfectly the exhibition's theme reflects both my parents' photograph and my own journey.

For decades, exhibiting in Paris existed only in my imagination. Today, it is no longer the illusion of a child drawing at her kitchen table. It is becoming the reality of a 51 year old woman sitting at my desk, crying tears of joy and gratitude as I write this post, because I can't believe these words are true.

A while ago, I shared a quote that said, "Today you're living the answer to something you prayed about years ago."

Today, I am.

There aren't words in any language that can adequately express how grateful I am to Jehovah God and to Pedro for this extraordinary blessing.
