ብቃት የሌለው እና ተንኮለኛ (ክፉ አሳቢ) መሪ የሚፈጽሟቸው ተግባራት የአንድን ተቋም፣ ቡድን ወይም ሀገር ህልውና አደጋ ላይ የሚጥሉ ናቸው። እነዚህ መሪዎች በአብዛኛው በግል ጥቅምና በስልጣን ጥም ስለሚመሩ የሚከተሉትን ዋና ዋና ጎጂ ተግባራትን ይፈጽማሉ፦

1✅በሴራ በመከፋፈል ማስተዳደር (Divide in intrigue and Rule)

• ሰዎችን ማጋጨት፦ ተንኮለኛ መሪ በበታቾቹ መካከል እርስ በእርስ ጥርጣሬና አለመተማመን እንዲፈጠር ያደርጋል። ሰዎች አንድ ላይ ከሆኑ እሱን ሊቃወሙት እንደሚችሉ ስለሚሰጋ፣ ወሬ በማውራት እና ወገንተኝነትን በመፍጠር አንድነታቸውን ያጠፋል።

2✅ብቃት ያላቸውን ሰዎች ማራቅና ማሳደድ

3✅ተቋማዊ አሰራርንና ህግን ማፍረስ

4✅ስልጣንን ለበቀል እና ለማስፈራሪያነት መጠቀም፦

5✅ሃላፊነት አለመውሰድ (ጥፋትን ወደ ሌላ ማዛወር)

6✅ አርቆ አሳቢነት ማጣትና በአጭር እይታ መመራት

ባጭሩ ተንኮለኛ መሪ የቆመበትን ተቋም የሚያፈርስ፣ የሰዎችን ተነሳሽነት የሚገድል እና በሰላም አብሮ የመስራት ባህልን የሚያጠፋ "መርዛማ መሪ" (Toxic Leader) ነው።

Questions for greedy Puppy dog Magn Nyang,

1. Dhal-dïm:
Is Dhal-dïm alive or dead?
If it is alive, where exactly is it breathing — or is it on life support?
If it is dead, who signed the death certificate?

2. Dhal-dïm Vision:
Did Dhal-dïm ever have a clear vision?
If yes, especially regarding leadership change, where are the positive results it promised — or did the vision need eyeglasses?

3. Community Reaction:
This is not the first time an Anyuak has been killed unlawfully.
Many youths see this latest death not as “your nephew,” but as a warning of more deaths coming one by one.
So, Puppy Magn:
What would you say if the youths had reacted — not because of family ties — but because the victim was an Anyuak like them?

4. Leadership Conduct:
With respect, you are an educated doctor.
So when you speak down to people instead of guiding them, what exactly separates your behaviour from the very thing you criticize?

5. Condemnation:
You did not condemn the killing by federal police, yet you blamed those who felt pain.
Do you believe targeted killings of our people have stopped?
If not, and you have already “closed the gate” on the discussion, do you know who might be next — maybe even you?

6. Unity vs Division:
You claimed the death belongs to you and your family alone, not the Anyuak community.
Is that not division, even while you preach unity?
You know our enemies target educated individuals first.
If you were next, and the youths reacted strongly, would you tell them to stay silent?
