Important Reminders:
- cancellations due to inclement weather will be rescheduled based on client(s) + photographer’s availability
- deposits are non-refundable
- while there is not a limit for the amount of sweet souls present for your session, please keep in mind that minis are for only 15 edited images
- fur babies are always welcome but must be leashed (leashes will be edited out of the final images)
- punctuality is a MUST — there will be client(s) ahead of and/or after your allotted time. Please be prompt with your arrival to ensure we have the full 30 minutes of session time. It is recommended to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your session time so that you are ready for the camera! 🫶🏼

🚨 IMPORTANT INFORMATION 🚨

In United States v. Anderegg (August 25, 2026), the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that federal charges for the mere home possession of AI-generated CSAM involving non-existent, fictional children are unconstitutional under current First Amendment precedent.

In layman’s terms — The ruling says the government can't arrest someone just for having synthetic images saved on their private computer at home.

The court basically said, "We hate this outcome, but the rules written by the Supreme Court decades ago force our hands."

Because Supreme Court decisions from 1969 and 2002 said the government can only ban home possession if a real child was harmed to make the picture, the court ruled that computer-generated images don't fit that specific rule.

Why is this relevant to Fable + Vow?

I photograph littles. Constantly. I capture babies fresh into life all the way up to their graduation day.

I’ve shared their moments here on social media to strictly CELEBRATE them and their accomplishments, and milestones. They are THE most important souls I could freeze forever in time, because time surely is fleeting and has no mercy — we blink, and they’re having littles of their own.

That’s why it hurts my heart to have to announce..

My amazing clients and families trust me with a service that I take the responsibility of very seriously.

Given current legal loopholes and the growing risk of AI technology misuse, I have decided to stop sharing photos of minors on my public business channels. While it breaks my heart that evil, demented individuals make this necessary, I refuse to risk any child's image being scraped or misused online.

From now on, photos of children will be delivered exclusively via private, password-protected galleries for clients only. This will be updated and reflected in all F+V contracts as of today, August 30, 2026 until further notice, if not indefinitely.

Clients will receive a Print Release with their galleries and are still free to download, share, and print at their leisure.

🔔For Potential Future Clientele:

Should you request examples of family galleries, a private, password-protected gallery will be shared with you after receiving signed + written consent from the parents/guardians of the minors photographed. You will a specific window of time to view samples of my work before the password and download pin are changed.
OKAY, that was alot. If you’ve made it this far, you’re just another individual that now knows (if you didn’t already) just how exploited our babies really are.

As a mother, I cannot fathom what twisted souls could do with images of MY children.. it makes me sick to my stomach to even have to believe that this is really real. This is the world we live in.

Actively checking to make sure all of my settings on my personal page are entirely private and going to do a thorough friends clean-out so I can still share our favorite and celebratory life moments some.. for now. 😔
