We Remember When… Taking it back to our 2014 shoot with Michael Keith of 112.

A legendary voice. One of the coolest people you could meet.

You never know what to expect when you meet and work with someone you’ve listened to for years, but Michael Keith has always kept the same energy. Every time we run into him, it’s love.

This shoot took place outside our old studio in Avondale Estates, GA. Took two of the portraits and created a completely different atmosphere through editing. Same shoot, a different vision.

One last rodeo, with a little surprise along for the ride. 🤠🐎

This family came up with the “Last Rodeo” concept and chose the outfits for their maternity photos. The baby may have been unexpected, but the love behind this new chapter is easy to see.

We photographed their vision while helping guide the posing and make sure everyone looked their best in each frame.

WE REMEMBER WHEN… Rodney Perry

Happy Birthday to our brother Rodney Perry!

In honor of his birthday, we had to take this one back to 2014 and the first photo shoot we did with Rodney at our former studio in Avondale Estates.

These images were created for The Humor Mill and one of our favorite shots from the session went on to become the cover of their February 2014 issue.

We had a full team working together that day — styling, photography, graphic design and video — bringing the entire shoot together.

It’s crazy looking back more than 12 years later at the work, the relationships and the memories we’ve created along the way.

And now we get to add another chapter to the story. Congratulations to Rodney on another trip around the sun!

I REMEMBER WHEN… Everton Blair

We had no idea this shoot was going to happen.

One day Everton Blair randomly walked into our studio in 2019. His mother had a space on the other end of the building, and at the time, we didn’t know who he was. He was looking to get some photography and video work done as he prepared to publicly come out for National Coming Out Day.

What started with someone simply walking through our doors turned into a photo shoot and an interview, with Brooklyn C. Howard asking the questions.

It’s always interesting going back and remembering how some of the people we’ve photographed over the years first came through our doors.
