News update regarding Operation Menage-A-WOD and Blue Titan Fitness:

I have some exciting news! I hope you will find it as exhilarating as we do.

The Operation: Menage-A-WOD leadership team has met, and after some deliberation in order to encompass not only military veterans, but law enforcement officers, as well, we have decided to change direction this year... and support a brand new charity: The Stay Safe Foundation.

Menage-A-WOD will continue to host many recovering veterans. Therefore, the overall feel of the event will remain unaffected. There will still be a real, live combat wounded veteran heroes sweating it out!

We feel that with the overwhelming support over the last four years from our local police departments, it makes sense for Menage-A-WOD to be the kick-off event to establish 501c-3 status for this very worthwhile cause. Feel free to check out our website:

but please understand that we are literally in the process of updating it to include not just LEO as it currently suggests. Our goal is to make free training and fitness available to our Freedom Fighters both home and abroad.
