Although I enjoy photographing bears and wildlife most of all, I also enjoy other wild things as well. My photography includes all kinds of things that happen outdoors - in the wild - including land

Mama Moose Portrait.
I love moose. This one is an old familiar animal friend. She has her calves in my neighborhood every spring. I know her by the white spots on her nose that look like a dusting of flour. She usually has twins.

From a memorable trip to McNeil River Bear Sanctuary in 2023. Fellow campers were enjoying their morning coffee when a white wolf confidently strolled through camp, marking its territory as it went. This was a treasured memory for us all. The camp guide, Beth, saw the markings on her porch and thought the guys were playing a prank on her. Until she saw my pictures.
